I love working as a freelancer. You're in control of your time and the projects you would like to handle. I enjoy meeting different people with different needs. Every client has their own requirements, what will work on one will not work on the other. You feel the constant challenge to do more and to give more to satisfy your client. But when everythings done and accomplished, the most satisfying part is when they say thank you for a job well done and ofcourse the hard-earned paycheck.
But every now and then, you work with a client that would take advantage of you. Either your service is terminated because of a sudden change of mind, a hidden agenda maybe? Good for you if you have a contract with them. But what if you don't? You willingly set that aside because they were in a rush, what can you do about it?

December 31, 2009, a few hours before 12am my website crashed after doing a system update. What's worst is that I had to start all over again from scratch. It sucks, while everyone is enjoying the fireworks, I was glued to my monitor trying to figure out a way to restore my site.
